Bicycling

Bicycle

If you love exercise, you probably love riding your bike. It’s the perfect way to travel and work out at the same time.

Riding in a city can be scary sometimes. You definitely have to pay attention to the rules of the road and, for safety, wear a helmet. When there are bike lanes, it’s easier to know where you should ride. You don’t want to fight for a spot with a car when you’re on a bike!

Some people ride bicycles just for fun. Other people use them for everyday transportation. Either way, bicycling saves money and reduces your carbon footprint.

I really hope that someday I’ll own a bicycle. It seems like cycling is so much fun!

Blog’s Resolution

hope

I hope it’s not too late for me to wish happy new year! Oh man…..I’ve been soooooooo busy lately with the boys’ preparation for school, house chores and at the same time I’ve to settle my school work! I seems like 24 hours in a day is not enough for me!

Okay, let me start with new year’s resolution. How about UPDATING MY BLOG REGULARLY! Does that sound possible? Well….I will try to discipline myself, I HAVE TO WORK HARD. Although my notebook is still being repaired. Hope it will get fixed ASAP 🙁

Waffle Maker

At last it’s here. I’ve been waiting for this thing for more than 2 weeks and thank you Allah it arrived safely. What is that? A waffle maker! Yeay…..

I’ve been longing for homemade waffle for so long and now I can make it as many as I want. So I better off to the minimarket now to buy all the ingredients. Just can’t wait to see my waffles.

Hope this will end soon…

Moody

I’m not really myself today. I feel moody and not happy. I know the reason but not all things we can share with people out there especially when it comes with personal matter and private. Hoping and praying that Allah will grant my wish soon.

Sewing

I’m enjoying my holiday now after everybody has enjoyed it a month ago. What a pity…..I have to go from one course to another. That’s a TRUE LIFE as a teacher.

What I did during these few days? I’m proud of myself. Know what? I successfully sewn pillow cases not 1 but 8 together with 3 bolster cases. I didn’t know that I’m quite good in sewing and I think I have the interest in sewing, I just love it! Next week I’m going to try something new, I’ll attend 2 days formal classes to learn Baju Kurung sewing. I always wanted to sew and wear my own Baju Kurung.

Really hope that after learning I’m able to produce the products or else RM200 is wasted just for two days!

Last class, last replacement

Last class, last replacement

I attended last PRO ELT class at SMK IE. At last, after almost a year this is the end.  I’ve learnt a lot in this course. Thank s to Mr Arnold. He was such a happy go lucky person. I enjoyed his lesson very much. Deep inside me, I feel regret because I didn’t make full use of this course. I didn’t actually take this opportunity to improve myself to the maximum level 🙁

Outing

Nusajaya Carnival

Upin & Ipin restaurant

We went to Nusajaya Carnival yesterday. This is my first time going to such event. I like the environment there. It was such a big place and we can walk leisurely. Not like other carnival that I’ve went where we have to walk in such a crowded place because of the space was not big enough.

There were many things happening there such as games, balloon play land, foods, housing companies, and also booths for job seekers. It was actually fun seeing people enjoying themselves and at the same time we can get so many things being offered. If there’s any similar event next time, for sure I will go.

Before we went to Angsana, we dropped by at the new Upin and Ipin Restaurant for our lunch. It was such a surprise for the kids because I didn’t inform them earlier. The place was very cozy and everything there was new. Of course as it was a new place!

Then we went to Angsana to buy the boys’ school things. Believe it or not, I’ve spent nearly RM500 today!

Briefing

Religious school

Religious school

My eldest will be 7 next year. This means that he’s going to start his formal education next year. Today we attended a briefing organized by the religious school. While parents were listening to the briefing, children have to sit for their exam. The teacher said the test is not to measure students’ ability but actually to make them used to the school environment.

I can’t focus with the speech, my mind kept on thinking about Ammar, can he answer the questions? Can he understand? Oh!!! I forgot to bring his colour pencils! What if he can’t do the questions? All sorts of questions playing on my mind.

I don’t actually like the idea of having exam but we have to follow their rule. After the exam, I asked Ammar. He said everything is fine and he can answer all the questions. I smiled at him, that’s MY BOY!

Almost there!

Arnold and Kate

Arnold and Kate

I’m attending intensive PRO ELT course for the fourth day. The finish line is in sight and I’m quite sad about that 🙁 He has given us a lot of input and I’m not sure if I can get this opportunity again. I mean learning with someone who is knowledgeable, good sense of humor and he understands us although sometimes we just made up things. Yeah…..we are quite naughty sometimes. I like his lesson in the early year but towards the end his lesson was getting less interesting with too much focusing on the online component. But I don’t blame him because I know he was actually helping us after so many complain about too many things to do. It’s not easy to please everybody.

Intensive Class

where's everybody?

where’s everybody?

This is the second day I’m attending PRO ELT intensive class. We are supposed to attend 6 classes all together. We spent most of the hours in front of the computer doing practice in writing, speaking and also reading. I know this is an opportunity for me to learn and get as many input as I can with the help of our instructor.

As we can see in the picture, most of the students were not in class because they went for a farewell party. This was actually not our class, we came for early replacement and that is why we didn’t join them. Mr A asked us to stay until 2 but well….most of us are naughty students! We went home at 11am. Hehehhe sorry teacher! We can’t stay longer coz there were lots of things to do out there.
