New Tenant
I have a house which I rent to other people. Two days ago the new tenant called me and asked me to fix the drainage and also the ceiling light. I was totally shocked and I said that is not my responsibility! Before this I rented the house to other person and he never asked me to do anything for him, he fixed everything by himself or if he could not settle the problems he will call people who are expert and he will pay the cost. That should be the right way! Although it is my house but I don’t live in it and of course I’m not responsible for anything that happened in that house. He is the one who create the trouble why should I pay for him? If he really wants, I will only pay the cost of repairing or installing a new light but not the drainage. Am I too rude? Is that the way it should be?

Dream Car
I’m planning of buying a new car. Not actually a ‘new’ car but it is actually it is actually a second hand car. I really want to own imported car, not to show off but it is actually a self satisfaction. Buying a new one is almost impossible because I have a lot of commitment that I have to take into consideration. My dream car is a car made in Japan and it is so stylish. I just could not imagine how it would feels driving in a sophisticated car! Although it is a second hand car, the monthly payment is quite a big figure. Hopefully I can get a cheap car insurance for my ‘new’ car and I already get quotation from several companies but haven’t decide which one is the best. Getting ready for a new experience next month! Yeay!!!

Future Plan
I still remember 12 years back, that time I was in confusion and I didn’t know what course should I take to further my study. Actually I’m quite clear on my ambition but things went on wrong way. I applied for the course that I really wanted to study but then they gave me other course. Course that I never thought I will get and I really didn’t know what to do. My parents were amazingly happy because they really wanted me to be a teacher. I guess their prayers were answered by God. I have no other choice and the university did not allow students to change course. Only God knows how I struggled during my studies time.
Actually my nephew came yesterday and she asked my opinion about course that she’s going to choose in order to further her study. I told her my story because I want to open up her mind and don’t stick to one ambition only. She told me that her ambition is to be a nurse. So I suggested a few universities including the medical assistant school. I told her that she should also apply for other field, not only medical. I just want her to be brave and I don’t want her to regret on her own choice. Make a huge selection and if she gets them, she can always choose what is the best for herself.

How I spent my money today?
We are having 3 days holiday! That is really great. Yesterday we went to Econsave to buy our monthly needs. We just stick to our list and I’m so glad we don’t go over the limit. Everything is still in control. The next day, we went to JJ. At first I just want to buy a present for my friend’s wedding but we end up buying things that cost more than 300 ringgit! I myself could not believe it! What did I buy? I bought t-shirt and trousers for my boys, a bra, a pair of shoes (my hubby bought for me), a travelling bag and also wrinkle creams for my mom and my mother in-law. Hope they would not get me wrong when I give it to them latter.
Before going home, we went to a fast food restaurant because my youngest son is craving for fried chicken. I’m so happy because we really had a fun time together although it so tiring especially when handling the two boys.

New Laptop
At last I manage to get my own laptop! I’ve been dreaming of this for ages and now it is mine. I am so glad and proud of myself. Even though I didn’t get Sony VAIO, my dream laptop but this one is more than enough for me. I bought it online. Actually this is not the first product that I bought online but this one is the most expensive one. I totally satisfied with DELL services starting from ordering the product until I get it, no problem has occurred. I term of design, I can’t deny that I fall in love with this product the moment I have a look at it. I got attracted with it sleek new design and it is available in 4 colors. Mine is pink in color. Well, that can symbolize me actually. Further, my laptop is equipped with i3 processor, the latest processor in the market. I also got a carrying case for free when buying the laptop. After about a week using it, I have no problem except for the lost in control cursor.

Neat and Smart
I can still remember a few years back in our school, it is so hard to find a mirror. You only can find one in the ladies and gents. Sometimes we just need a quick glance at our appearance. It is wasting of time going to the far away toilet just to look at the mirror!Now, there is no such problem. We have to thank to the counseling unit for bringing up this matter to the principle. Actually they requested to place several mirrors all over the school compound so that all students can look at their appearance. Students should look neat and smart all the time. Luckily, our principal agreed and she promised to install not the ordinary mirror but the convex mirrors around the school. Actually we didn’t mind the brand as long as that thing is a mirror and functioning like a mirror. But, everybody knew her, she is so particular about quality and she said mirror with that brand won’t break! Light and very easy to mount and the mirror itself has clear view. We were so impress with her explanation. After this teachers can put on their lipsticks wherever they want.

Changes in Life
I went to see a friend of mine yesterday. She looked amazing compared to the last time I saw her about two years ago. She is slimmer now and her skin complexion become more radiant. I asked her secret and she said apidexin is the secret even until now she still consumes it. Not only that, she also eat balanced meals everyday and do exercises regularly. She told me that she didn’t take fast food anymore. She didn’t take it since a year ago and she also change her snack to fruits and vegetables. Whenever she feels hungry in between the meals, she will eat fruits and no more potato chips or even French fries. My jaw nearly dropped when she told me all those secrets. I couldn’t believe what I just heard. She’s totally different now! She used to be a fan of fast food restaurants before. Whenever there are new foods at any outlet, she will be the first to try them. She also hate to exercise and will give all kind of excuses. Well, time flies really fast and everything has change. I guess this is the right time for me to make a drastic change in my life as well.
